ZIMRA Public Notice 5 of 2025, issued on February 3, 2025

Reference is made to ZIMRA Public Notice 5 of 2025, issued on February 3, 2025.

We would like to inform you that the TaRMS system now includes an Employee Management Module, enabling companies to register all employees and declare their earnings.

According to the Public Notice, the process begins with employee registration, followed by the submission of the PAYE return.

At present, the templates for bulk employee registration and the new PAYE return are not yet integrated into Belina. While we are actively working on a software update to include these templates, we encourage all clients to proceed manually using the current export options available in Belina to meet submission deadlines.
